1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ROI Business Circle membership platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

ROI Business Circle membership is an annual subscription that provides access to exclusive resources, live sessions, training discounts, and networking opportunities. Membership is non-transferable and for individual use only.

3. Payment Terms

The annual membership fee of R3,200 is payable upon registration. All payments are processed securely through PayFast. Membership is activated upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed and membership access has been granted. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of ROI Integrated Group.

5. Member Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all live sessions and community interactions. ROI Integrated Group reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for any member who violates community guidelines or engages in inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, and intellectual property provided through the membership platform remain the property of ROI Integrated Group. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share membership content without prior written consent.

7. Live Sessions

Monthly live sessions are scheduled at the discretion of ROI Integrated Group. While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, session times and topics may be subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

8. Discounts and Offers

Member discounts on training courses, coaching packages, and events are subject to availability and may be modified at any time. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

9. Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Termination

ROI Integrated Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for violation of these terms. Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining membership period.

11. Limitation of Liability

ROI Integrated Group provides resources and guidance for business development but does not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on information provided through the membership platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
